Enrollment

Mayborn Academy is open to all children from birth to 6 years of age.  We offer full time or part time day care Monday through Friday and drop-in care Monday through Saturday.

A $25 enrollment fee is due at the time of application. All provided enrollment forms must be completed and submitted before care can begin.
